No Guarantee of Results
While we use industry best practices and proven strategies, SEO Scarborough does not guarantee specific search engine rankings, website traffic increases, lead generation results, revenue growth or search engine indexing.
Search engine algorithms and online competition are beyond our control. As a result, results may vary between businesses and industries.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate information necessary for project completion.
- Supply required access credentials in a timely manner.
- Review and approve content, designs, and deliverables promptly.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Delays on the client’s side may also impact project timelines.
Payment Terms for Each Service
Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement:
- Invoices are due upon receipt.
- Late payments may result in service suspension.
- Deposits and setup fees are non-refundable.
- Recurring monthly services renew automatically until canceled in writing.
Failure to make payment may therefore result in termination of services.
Intellectual Property
All content, graphics, logos, branding, and materials displayed on this website are the property of SEO Scarborough or its licensors.
However, clients retain ownership of materials they provide.
Upon full payment, ownership of custom website content and deliverables may transfer to the client unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.
Website Use
You agree not to:

- Introduce viruses, malware, or harmful code.
